HISTORY

​PEACEFUL VALLEY PROPERTY OWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC.
Incorporated on March 11, 1966

The original incorporators were:
Gwynn Jost, Wanda Kahle, William S. Thompson, Armin Landwehr and Drue E. Anderson.
These were the first Board of Directors of the Association

So began our Association, which is governed by Restrictions on file with the Gasconade County Recorder of Deeds, 
our By-Laws and Rules & Regulations.

Copies of our By-Laws and Rules & Regulations can be found on this website.

There are 9 Directors of the Board, 3 of which are elected via secret ballot every year.  
All members in good standing with our Association can vote in secret ballot, 
as well as, any Annual or Special Membership Meeting.

New board members are elected and announced at the stakeholder's Annual Meeting every April. Ballots are
made available beforehand as well as facility for any Association member to apply to be on the board. In order to
articulate guiding principles to be a board member, the 2023 board developed a MISSION STATEMENT.
