Oktoberfest at the lake was brats, beer, music, more food and good company! Above are the musicians. To the upper right is maestro at the grill, John, who organized the whole evening. Chanda, Gary and Ricki, and Jason helped him pull it all together. Thank you to everyone who contributed homemade delicacies and provided favorite tunes! Prost! Translation: Cheers!
Summer 2023
Rain was a welcome respite from dry May and June, but too much happened over short periods!

The weather put 4th of July celebrations in doubt as mid MO experienced extreme drought conditions. But, in the nick of time, the lake area got just enough to green up lawns (a little) and put fireworks back on the agenda! The first event off the dam was cancelled one weekend, but the Tom Bush fireworks the next weekend got the rain.
