First Right of Refusal

After a contract has been issued on a lot, a first right of refusal form is to be signed by the selling property owner and sent to adjoining property owners and PVPOA with the agreed upon contract price.  The adjoining property owners and PVPOA will have 30 days to purchase the property at the contract price or decline the purchase.
