Use this page to vote in the Peaceful Valley Property Owners' Election.  To vote online, click on the top button above.  You will need your member number to login and your last name (e.g., Smith) to enter the site.  If you own multiple lots, use the lowest member number.  Once inside the site, your vote is completely anonymous.  If you don't remember your number, call or email the office at 573-617-9615 or [email protected]  and Jamie will look it up for you.

  • Approval to a Modification of the 2/3rds majority rule in our 1964-vintage Covenants and Restrictions
The 2/3rds Majority Modification is to change our Covenants and Restrictions from requiring 2/3rds majority of the entire membership to change the Covenants, to a 2/3rds majority of all who respond and vote on an issue.  

We need nearly 400 members to approve the change, so we're running a separate electronic ballot that will be open for 1 year so we can hopefully garner the 2/3rds necessary to change the covenants.

​If you prefer a hardcopy ballot, click on the PRINTABLE BALLOT button above to open a file that you can can print off and mark as needed.  You can send it in, or drop it in the drop box by the lodge.  Our address is Peaceful Valley Property Owners' Association, 3408A Peaceful Valley Rd., Owensville, MO 65066.  Please make sure you place your ballot in an envelope and that your name and member number is on the outside of the envelope.
