Get ready for the Owensville Christmas Parade of Lights Friday Dec. 5
Activities and refreshments begin at 5:30 pm; Children's Choir will begin about 6:45 pm; Santa lights the tree and kicks off the parade at about 7:30 -- all on 1st Street!
Santa will greet everyone at 109 N 1st Street (former Circle D building) while people enjoy free food, hot dogs and hot chocolate from community businesses and sidewalk vendors. Santa will light the tree at 7:30 on the corner of 1st and Peters (Moose Lodge parking lot) and then will lead the parade as Master of Ceremonies on a firetruck!
There will be trophies for parade participants. To sign up, contact [email protected]
