The Member Handbook contains a copy of the Peaceful Valley Property Owners' Association contains a membership application, security information sheet, one copy each of the Rules and Regulations, Bylaws, Abstract of Restrictions, and a history of Peaceful Valley.  It is intended to be given to new members, but long-term members will find it useful as well.
