ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WORK SCHEDULE 


Winter Maintenance Schedule (October-April)

• Snow Removal and Road Treatment(if needed)
• Clear debris (leaves, etc.) from ditches.
• Plant grass seed on back side of dam.
• Maintain Equipment
• Other duties as assigned.

​​Summer Maintenance Schedule (April-October)

• Grass cutting of common areas
• Cleaning bathrooms and showers
  • ​Campground Bath/Shower Facility
  • Marina Bathroom
  • Lodge Bathroom and Showers​
• Pool Maintenance (cleaning, chemistry, repairs)
• Clear debris (leaves, etc.) from ditches.
• Plant grass seed on back side of dam.
• Maintain Equipment
• Pest control.​
• Other duties as assigned.
