Saturday April 22, 2023, 10:00 AM at the Peaceful Valley Lodge
Click Here for a copy of the Annual Membership Meeting Package for the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting.
The Membership packet contains the Agenda for the meeting, a message from Board President Julia Baker, and a recap of last year's activities and an overview of plans for this year. The last two pages contain the budget proposal for 2023-24.
The board is proposing a raise of our annual dues to $395. Our dues for the last two years have been $348 and according to Bureau of Labor Statistics Inflation Calculator it now takes $395.25 to buy what $348 did when it was first assessed in March 2021 (see https://www.bls.gov/data/inflation_calculator.htm)
We will use the online voting system again this year, which is approved for all actions.
The online balloting system will be live starting at midnight on Wednesday, March 22nd and will run until the 10:00 AM start time of the meeting on April 22nd. Most of you will be receiving online voting instructions in your email and/or text or cell phone. You will be prompted for an access key, which is your membership number, and your password is the Lot Owner's last name. Click Here if you're ready to vote online and make sure you click on both buttons to vote for different issues.
If you prefer to use a paper ballot, you should have received one in the mailing. Please mark your choices and place in an envelope and send it back to us or drop it at the office or in the Drop Box. Make sure you put your membership number and name on the outside of the envelope. Paper ballots must be received No Later Than Friday, April 21st at 2 PM.
We're going to make the meeting available via Zoom for up to 50 members. If you're interested, please contact the office and provide your email address so we can send you an invitation to the Zoom meeting.
Lastly, we plan to have an after-meeting picnic-style meal. Please use the RSVP form below to let us know if you plan to come to the meeting in person so we can plan accordingly.
Any questions, or if you have difficulty accessing the online system, or wish to participate in the Zoom meeting, call or text the office at 573-617-9615 or email at [email protected].
